Cannot connect to friends on GTA Online

Hello. I have a problem with connecting to my friends on GTA Online. Always when i try to join their game i wait a few minutes and get a communication with says "cannot connect to the lobby", "time to connect is too long" or something like that. Someone know how to solve this?

If your problem is what I think it is, there is no fix as of yesterday when I called up Rockstar. There are a lot of us with the problem and we have congregated on this site (I didn't hyperlink it this way you can view the link in full and see it is not a phishing site but the legit steam community website) to discuss solutions.

You need to email [email protected] and fill out a ticket with the error message you are getting & gamertag/platform etc. You have a choice to flag your ticket as either "I can still play the game" or " I cannot currently play the game" or something like that.... flag yours as "I cannot currently play the game" this should hurry up their response time.

 

@Above If this is the case theres not much point in opening up a ticket just got to wait it out..
