GTA V won't even run, Has Stopped Working!

I have the physical edition of GTA V for the PC. I just got through the dreaded 5GB day one patch over a period of several agonizing days and nights. Then I was surprised with a 350 MB download. After that complete(at around 9:30 PM last night), I thought I could finally play.

 

NOPE.

No such luck for me.

 

As soon as I click play, the launcher dissapears and I immediately get the dreaded message, "GTA V has stopped working"(yeah, real informative Microsoft...)

I can't make sense out of this. It does, however, worry me that the fault is listed as the main EXE... Any ideas on how to fix this? Redownloading the patches is out, my internet is horrendously bad and I'm not going to get another oppurotunity.

This morning I got a 353MB patch, which solved nothing.

PLEASE! I just want to play.... ;n;

Update: I now have it to the point where it shows the fancy R* logo animations, then throws up ERR_FIL_PACK3.

 

Like HELL I'm downloading those patches again. What do I do???
