More activities. I'd start by adding horses at the racetrack to bet on then a website where you could buy a dozen (if you own a high-end Lenny Avery property). Then i'd place basketballs, footballs (U.S & EU), golf balls, baseballs and tennis balls at all the sporting fields / courts ...and add frisbees & Chop's ball to your inventory once you bought them at Prolaps.

 

At Prolaps you could buy all the sporting goods like equipment, gear & apparel. Which also includes skateboards, rollerblades, surfboards and well waxed snowboards & skis to slide down Mt. Chiliad with even during the long summers.

 

I'm sure I forgot many sports & activities but I'm pretty sure you get the idea.

New houses to buy, Mansions in vinewood hills and near the golf course. Also normal houses in Blaine County, like farm houses and rvs. Im sick of apartments with the same views and interiors

Decals on cars like racing stripes, and maybe some ripped paint decals going down the car. I've scraped my cars before, and it's looked pretty good lol. Have the ability to color them as well.
