A plastic surgeon. It would be nice to have an official way to make a character's appearance better.

Since we're only limited to one thing, let me suggest three different single additions ;)

 

Las venturas (just a new fresh playing ground for long time GTAV players).

Character body customisation (in creator or with gyms).

Wildlife (I want to get f*cked up by mountain lions in Online aswell).

One thing? Better visual mods for each and EVER car. More and better options would be great, less people would have the same looking vehicles. BUT it's rockstar, next update will have a wonderful car that you can't do any visual mods to.

Being able to mod any of your PV's in your own high end appartment garage. Imagine walking into a simple blue circle then choosing your car and start modding.

 

Off course you'd still have to pay for parts and upgrades, it is just that it would be more safe and less annoying then going down to LS customs just to get blown up by some bloke.

 

And those people who seem to spend crazy amounts of time in appartments or garages would actually have a reason to do so.

Also lower level players could still travel to LS customs until they get that money, so not to worry it becomes totally useless.

Useable skateboards and surfing, because why the hell not?

 

More clothes/hair - some of the pedestrians have nice sh*t that I want to wear, especially when it comes to accessories like necklaces/bracelets. Also, I'd like R* to make it possible to wear earrings and necklaces together, no idea why they unequip one another.

 

I wish animals were online. I want to go cow-tipping with my mates, lmao.

 

We also need scuba suits and subs that can carry more than one person. Shipwrecks/treasure should be possible to find underwater too.

I want a hardcore freemode. No radar (except the radar in the aircraft), auto-aim, or passive mode. Potentially 1st person only as well. That'd be sick IMO.

This is a really stupid and far-fetched idea, but as of right now I really want surfing for some reason. The ability to surf would be so freaking cool. Yes, you would be an easy target for griefers, but I doubt it would be easy for them to snipe me when I catching some waves, bruhhh. Plus it would draw more of my attention to the ocean, because come on. Who here even goes out to the ocean?

I would like to see the Tropic make an appearence. Yes, it is already in the game, but I'm talking about the Tropic that appeared in San Andreas. The luxury yacht, even better if we were able to roam around inside, maybe even lie down or watch tv whilst being 3 miles away from the coast line.

Fully fledged casino that holds events and is full free roam inside. Just go up to a table and join or take to the race track for some time trial events and bet money maybe. Maybe even a heist set there, Oceans Eleven style.

 

Most likely wont happen but I can dream :p
