canning_s
Hi, I am wanting to know if it is worth spending time making money from selling cars that I have stolen. I have had a look at this resource: http://www.gosunoob.com/grand-theft-auto-5/best-selling-cars-in-gta-5-online/ and the Lampadati Felon GT looks like the correct car to sell. Where can I find these cars easily? Is there a strategy to finding these cars? Should I wait at intersections, look for parked cars or drive around specific areas looking? Also, should I buy a 6 car garage, fill this garage up, then sell each car every 48 minutes? Thanks in advance. RogerWho
Look or SUVs. Ballers spawn around the city center and pay $9000. Every time I log in and spawn in the city, I find one within 30 seconds (usually it's right in front of my face) and sell it right away.

Shadowfennekin
Look for Ballers, there are two different kinds of them and both sell for 9k. Fill empty slots n garages with them when they're spawning like crazy. Then take one out every 40 mins to sell.
JakeHorgrove
Everytime I get online I try to sell a car, and every 48 minutes after that. Nicer cars are usually in the Vinewood or Rockford Hills area, but it is not 100%. There is a whole thread dedicated to rare cars that sell for more money, such as gang cars and modified Sentinels. If it's a specific time of day, it's worth it to try and find them. Stealing and selling cars might be my favorite thing to do in the game, I wish we could do it more than every 48 minutes. Dukestboy
If you find the gang vehicles some sell for 12k On invite only they spawn a lot for me near grove street. When driving my elergy or coquette at night
canning_s
Is there a feature of GTA Online that if you start your own session with a certain car, the spawn rate for certain cars will increase?

Butterfly57
Selling cars is good to add to your bank balance in addition to missions, heists etc. Ballers, Felons (gt and normal),Sentinel (not Xs version) all make the most 9k/9.5k. By all means keep a spare to sell in your garage (i like to keep a space free for a spare). A full garage? I prefer not to but no harm on having it. Selling cars won't make you the big money the quickest, so don't rely on it for your main income. But always sell as often as possible - such as the first thing you do online then at the 48 minute intervals where possible.
JC Hammer
You can make more money doing a mission in the time it takes to find a car and sell it, especially if you've unlocked the Buzzard!! This is the only car worth selling
size_m
why do people still sell ballers or felons if you can easily pick up modded cars for alot more money?? on older gen the gang peyotes and gang tornados (with soft roof) sell for almost 13k! the other gang cars such as buccaneers and mananas still sell for about 9k. on newer gen you can find other modded cars on the streets which sell for even more than that (i.e. sentinel, dubsta 2). if you start to find a gang car in one of the 5(!) locations (on older gen) it's very easy to fill up a garage with those gang cars in a very short amount of time! in the beginning it may take a while before finding one. best method for finding them is driving a classic car (peyote or tornado) in an invite only session by night time into the different gang territories (or to the small scrapyard). they are easy to spot as they are either green (families), yellow (vagos), or purple (ballas). but this has already discussed alot of times in different existing threads with detailed guides and instructions by now. HumanRacehorse
Selling cars is definitely a nice supplemental income, and if you're spending a lot of time in freeroam, why not? In addition to the Ballers, Felons, Sentinels, and gang cars that have already been mentioned, keep an eye out for Schafters, Rocotos, and Oracles/Oracle XS - it definitely adds up every 48 minutes. Verstappen
My main house is 4 Hangman Avenue in Vinewood. Always When I first load up I spawn there and drive my Daily driver from there to the Los Santos Customs. If I find along the way an F620, Swartzer, Oracle, Oracle XS, Rocoto, Felon, Baller, Sentinel or Felon GT I get in those and sell them. If I don´t find them I know I haven't spend much time on it, but It almost never happened that I didn't see any of those car.

size_m
yes, sometimes i have to drive several times from one territory to another (which are pretty close together) to find one. but then it's easy to repeat when you leave your own peyote there for taking a new found one into garage or lsc and then coming back for finding a new one right away.
