Just to clarify, its not who you personally took, but a question of who are the most likely candidates that are meant to be delivered to them. I finished the altruist missions without ever knowing that. First playthrough, I picked him up as an ally, but he was his usual morose self, so in the second playthrough, I took him straight out to the camp. BigBadMF Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 As I am still early in the game mission-wise because I like to free-roam, I finally decided to go up to the Altruist camp. Was just standing on the flat rock overlooking the valley below, and suddenly the f*cking asshole who was just standing there decided to pull out a pistol and start shooting at me. Well, I got out the AK, and blasted him, then of course the rest of them began blasting me. I do wish I had not picked up Lacey Jonas and taken her home already. I had not even met Trevor yet when I did. I get a perverse kick out of the thought of selling her to the Altruists, lol. Yeah I know. I can always go to an earlier save game. I find this feature (taking people to the camp) to be really hilarious, and in keeping with Rockstar's skewed and perverse humor in this game. That chick you take to the tower gives you a Driving stat boost. I kept Ursula for Trevor, and kept Packie since he's my favorite IV character. The Vinewood celebrity chick..... see gives you a good amount of money for helping her so she lives. Sonny Belatno(?) gives you 75 k so NEVER take her I always take the drunk couple, easy 2K right as you get control of Trevor. They're right by his house. The tip came up about taking people to the A-camp, and of course I had already read about this guy so I drove up there. Just before I left the highway to drive up the logging trail to the camp, the A disappeared from my map. When I got to the gates of the camp and stopped, the drunk guy just got out and ran away. I'd definitely say that Hitch Lift 3, Drunk Driver 2 and Snatched are canon simply because of the dialogue. You must be playing as Trevor. Occasionally while driving you will be flagged down by random NPC's. They give you an option to drive them 'home', or you can take them to the altruist camp for money. Some NPC's are not worth taking to the Altruists because they give a larger sum for getting where they need to go. Otherwise they'll get scared and the event is cancelled. When someone asks you to drive them home, you can take them to the Altruists. When they are inside your car, look on your map for the Altruists' icon on Mt. Chiliad.
