Question about character transfer

Simple questions that I have here:

 

If I create a new character will I still be able to transfer my last gen character at a later point?

Can I transfer my both characters or is it just one?

Will the money I have on bank carry over?

You can start a brand new character, but when you transfer your character later on, it will overwrite your newer character.

It will transfer your first and second character from one profile.

1. Yes but it might be replaced by your last gen character (assuming I'm reading your question correctly)

2. If you have 2 characters under one console, you'll be able to transfer both

3. Yes except for any cash purchased from Shark Cards will only transfer from PS3 > PS4 or Xbox 360 > Xbox One
