Do all snacks regenerate health?

Hi,

I am in need of some snacks to regenerate health when my health is low. What snacks are the best to go for? Should I stock up on all types of snacks? When on a mission, what is the technique to have more than one bite of a snack to get more than one unit of health increase? Can I eat a snack when in cover?

Thanks in advance.

The best snacks to get are Egochaser energy bars, Metorites, and Ecola. You can eat snacks while in cover, while you're in cover you can eat them and gain all your health back after a couple of snacks

How many of each can I carry at one time and can I increase this amount?

You can carry 15 ego chasers, 5 Metorites and 10 Ecola. No I don't think you can increase the amount you can carry which sucks ):

Psandqs snack increase 10 to your character health.

Egochaser snack increase 20 to your character health.

Metorites snack increase 50 to your character health.

Ecola increase 35 to your character health.

The best ones are ecola and metorites.

However the perfect one is ecola because it increase 35 and you can have 10 ecola.

35 * 10 = 350

Your health will be increased to 350 after drinking 10 ecola's !

You can also carry 30 P&Q's,but these snacks recover only around 10 percents of health,if I remember. These are last resort snacks, you better use these that DrunkGamer suggested,EgoChaser is the best of them, recovers around 30 percents of HP.

Edit: ninja'd

How can I assign eat a snack to an action key rather than having to browse to the eat snack while in combat? I am using a Mouse/Keyboard setup.

Buy all the snacks you can, they're cheap and you don't want to run out, plus it's kind of a waste to eat a high replenishing snack for a small percentage of health.

funmw2's post is rather vague so just to clarify you don't get more health than max once your bar is full.

You can buy them at any store you can rob.

My information is from freemode script.

And yes like you said, you don't get more health than your max health.

There's coding that check if your health reached the maximum health so it won't add more health.

Yes. All snacks including Cola do regenerate health. Just stock them up since they're cheap.

And yes, consume the snack while in cover/vehicle or otherwise you will have eating animation which is unskippable.

NPC usually drops P&Q's. You can grab them and stock up more than the limit you can buy.

Don't forget beer and smokes live in the same menu and selecting them by mistake can lead to some big problems...

Or really funny ones :)

That's why I don't have cigarette's or Pisswasser anymore. I always immediately smoke/drink them if I accidentally got them.

After an update or two ago, I noticed this.

In fact, with the current update, Meteorites, while being the most expensive purchasable snack, replenishes less health than the Egochaser.

Also, has anyone else noticed that you now have to be in cover, aiming or driving for snacks to take effect? When my character consumes snacks normally (while not in cover, aiming or driving) there is no increase in the health bar.

At least when I eat Meteorites there isn't.
