I think he's trying to ask if people are bad with Marksman Rifle, because they are using Heavy Sniper or medium range guns with Auto Aim and he found that some of them accused OP as being a modder after he killed players with the Marksman Rifle. And then he self-proclaimed himself that he got a great aim.
