Mansions...anyone?

Whats funny is on that highway along the left side of the map. You pass by tons of big houses and beachfront houses with for sale signs on em.

You just know though when sitting by your pool someone will be in the hills above you picking you off. Unless the mansion has 20 foot walls around that cannot be breached if you are outside you will be vulnerable. I personally would just like property that has helipad access. The ability to have pegasus deliver straight to my property would be great.

The Heist Update, in my opinion, did not meet my expectations. Too many reasons to point out. What I'm really hoping though is for Rockstar to make something like a "Suite Life" DLC. In this Update, we can be able to purchase more properties, like mansions, yachts, and investment properties like Movie Theaters, Cab Company, etc. Newer cars that resemble cars like the Jaguar XJ and the Porsche Panamera. Investing in the BAWSAQ is another idea too. There are soo many good ideas for a DLC like this, I'm just curious into why Rockstar never delivered on this.

This DLC will have me logon for a couple hours and shelf the game again. We need a game changer and I think R* is tapped out on landing anymore big announcements.

The only game changing Update or DLC would be area expansion.

 

I'd happily pay for new map DLC, especially when it has missions in it.

 

You know, like so-called GTA Online Part-2 and only level 120 and above can move to that area.

This sort of happens at the Hangman ave house. I step out of the house and got npcs listening to the radio socializing around my pool.

 

I fire a few warning shots and they scatter while I get a one star level

Expectations? You honestly thought Rockstar would add a lot of other things in the heist update? If history tough us anything, don't put too much trust into Rockstar with updates. Mostly 90% of all updates are filled with sh*t (my opinion) They fail to listen to their customers, the ones that pay their bills.

 

You guys have too high expectations. The heist update was huge and they did listen to their customers. They pretty much show that every time.

• People wanted Hooded Sweaters - got em, albeit with a mask.
• People wanted military uniforms - got em
• People wanted more miltary vehicles - got em
• People wanted their own jets - got em
• People wanted a 2nd garage - got it
• People wanted a 3rd garage - got it
• People wanted more properties outside of LS - got em
• People wanted Monster Trucks - got em, twice
• People wanted flight suits - got em, twice
• People wanted passive mode in vehicles - got it
• People wanted gloves - even got the specific gloves with finger holes that I've seen people ask for

etc. etc. I could list them all day.Mostly all this stuff was in the coding of the game especially after each update. So people KNEW it was in the works. were still waiting on them jetpacks or how about cars in each update that that we can visually customize? Not here is a beautiful dukes you can't do sh*t to but here is a panto, go crazy modding this little pos. Also it's pretty much a given we're going to have more apartments with how many vehicles we can store. And oh since we "needed" a high end apartment to do heist missions The gloves we wanted since it was on the cover art of gta4, took them how long to listen to the fans. How would investment properties work? What if another player and I both own the same property, and we're both in the same session at the time when the property pays out? It wouldn't be realistic for us both to get paid. But since there would be a limited number of properties to own, this scenario wouldn't be too unlikely. Then again, I suppose realism need not be a concern, since it's never played a big role in this game so far, so I guess we could both get paid.

that's actually a good point i haven't thought of when wondering why they haven't put it into the game yet.

not only the pay out for investment but even more the pure problem of double (and more times) ownership within a session.

 

with simple garages and appartments it's not a problem as you are inside, so it's not really a problem if several people own the same thing because they don't affect eachother.

but how should rockstar solve the problem with mansions which have exteriors like driveways and gardens?

 

would you really like to share your swimmingpool with some douchebag in the same session who owns the same mansion?

Why would you want a mansion, the only time I ever go into my actual apartment these days is for a heist. and now that I have completed them all it will remain derelict like it has been since a month after release date.

Judgmental are we? No I love life BUT I love getting the best value out of my money. Don't jump to conclusions because I made great points and you have nothing to contribute into this debate you wanted to start. But I'm just going to end it here, I can see where this is going. Throw in a poker table, dart board, arm wrestling table and billards inside. A tennis court, basketball court, pool, putting or driving range in the back yard. Then I'll drop 8-10 million on a house.

 

Maybe a gunrange or skeet range and dirtbike track too.
