Im finding it hard to find solid players

This is a half rant half "looking for people" post, now im not the best player in the world and i wouldn't even consider myself an above average player but it seems like this game has a way of finding the worst players possible, crashing into everything and cant hit the broad side of a barn with any gun at any range, what ive seen since launch has been horrible and some of the people ive played with were way higher lvl than me some were in the mid 100's, my guy is lvl 9 on PC i think, ive played on the 360 and Xbone and just started fresh on PC. Been playing since it came out on 360 so i know my way around. im just hoping there is like minded people on PC to do missions and possible heists with without wanting to slam my head against my solid wood desk til I pass out. my Social club name is Alton_Pueblo if anyone is looking for a solid player who can more than hold his own on most days and wont quit mid mission, then just shoot me a message in game. ive got a headset and well above average PC, I only speak English (dont let my name fool ya), So lets get together, have some fun and make piles of cash..
