Dan1990bcfc
I bought GTA V. I knew there was a chance it wouldn't run but I got it just incase I ever upgrade to a better computer. canirunit.com says I can run it but there's a lot of pop in with textures on the roads and buildings and stuttering. Here are my specs AMD Radeon R5 graphics Pixel Shader version: 5.0 Vertex Shader version: 5.0 Dedicated Video Ram: 1.0 GB CPU: AMD A8-6410 APU CPU SPEED: 2.0 GHz Ram 7.1 GB
Rizaki Koizumi
What settings are you running with, and are you just running the integrated GPU on your AMD chip? In any case I'd recommend running the game on normal settings and see if your game runs any better. If it isn't, try updating your drivers. AMD has a driver made just for GTA V. OldMagickBeard
That CPU is most likely your biggest problem. I run with a A8-3850 APU 2.9 ghz and get some of the same problems, but not nearly as bad. What kind of FPS do you get? Just curious because I was surprised even my CPU was able to keep up with the game.
Dan1990bcfc
I'm running the minimum settings and updated to the latest driver. How do I know if the intergrated GPU is running on the AMD chip? I'm a noob with stuff like this Usually around 10-14, benchmark goes anywhere from 16-20 FPS
OldMagickBeard
Tried using this low settings mod? That could improve FPS and potentially mitigate the stuttering. Pop-in, however I can't help you with. It might have something to do with your hard-drive if that's what you use. Dan1990bcfc
The FPS improved but I'm still getting texture pop in. It's probably just my system
