I surfed the web and found out that i need to complete strangers and freaks #1 with Tonya (1st mission). However whenever i go there she isn't standing there. Even when the sign blips and i get the guide-like notification. Oh this is the part where i wish i could give you a "how to".. Sadly im at the exact same spot. Wether I need to complete the Tonya mission (aparently its title is "pulling favors" ) or not. I can pick Franklin. I can pick Michael. Doesnt matter. There is exactly ZILCH missions. Apart from the stunt plane mission up north. I tried redownloading the game itself. I tried starting all over.. Doesnt to jack!. Same spot. Getting nowhere at all. Really frustrating.
