Did everything Still Stutter and Lag. I need help/more Ideals on how t

I've Had GTA:V Since Release. Installed it. Tried playing it. it Runs fine for all of 10 minutes, or when i get in a car and drive. It will Stutter lag and Freeze for 3-5 seconds(Especially When i got the need for speed) I've uninstalled and re-installed, Tried in safe mode, Deleted all of my drivers installed AMD(Beta 15.4), Tried running it off a batch file, Tried getting Tried killing it in Task manager and Shutting down steam and restarting my computer and starting everything back up No luck. Last of all and not Least, I Tried Writing into GTA:V Support(Nothing back yet). I need Help, or anymore ideals i haven't tried yet. I know it can run on my computer, because I've seen other with the same computer, Run it.(my computer is Desktop BTW)

I was having issues with severe stutter, crashing for no reason, and general instability even though the game was running fine on the first day.

I fixed the issue by disabling my pagefile on all of my drives EXCEPT for my system (C:) SSD. Once i did that the game started running fine again.

Continuing on the suggestion I gave, disabling my pagefile did not fix my issue until I enabled the option to clear pagefile on shutdown. Give this a try:

If that doesn't do it, another useful app is a Display Driver Uninstaller utility by Guru3D. Generally i don't like these kinds of tools but this one deletes your drivers, and also deletes Windows' basic drivers to prevent it from from installing anything after you reboot. Make sure you run as admin and ensure you use the option to delete drivers in safe mode AND prevent Windows from installing basic drivers. Link:

My buddy was having crash issues and he fixed it by reducing grass quality to Normal or High (even though his performance was perfect on Very High). For some reason on the Very High grass setting he would crash between loads. As soon as he reduced it he stopped crashing.
