Where do cars purchased go?

I bought a tank but cant find it anywhere?

 

Also, what happens if I buy a car, modify it, save it, drive it around leave it somewhere/total it, lose it, where does it go? do I lose it?

 

Also stealing cars and modifying them, then losing it, do I lose it forever?

How can you afford a tank already?

 

I think you need to call pegasus for tank.

For the cars, you first need a garage and you either buy them from website or you can take some lower end cars and put tracker + insurance on them and store them in garage too.

The tank in SP will be at the hangar in the airport (that you also need to buy).
