Cars disappearing way too fast?

My vehicles always seem to despawn so damned fast. I'm trying to swap Trevors car in the garage, reverse the current car out and BOOM somehow my Sandking XL has been towed at the speed of light by the LSPD to their impound. Does this crap happen to you too?

 

Also I parked the Lazer in the hangar and it randomly disappeared in between saves.

What console are you on? If PS3 / X360 i think it would be cuz of the low memory

HD7850 with 2GB VRAM

Game is on a SSD along with Windows and there's plenty of space left.

when you're switching cars at personal garages, just make sure you try to always keep both cars close to the garage and the camera facing toward them....

 

i've done that probably over 200 times now and honnestly i've only ever had a car despawn on me maybe 2 or 3 times, and certainly not in over the last 100 times or so... i do it basically every time without it ever occuring. but i'm careful about keeping them close and in view of the camera

 

which is annoying! i'm not defending it lol

 

but there's a solution that works basically 100% of the time

 

 

 

as for the plane... also dunno i've never lost a non-purchased plane in the hangar before...

 

you know Ron's plane from the end of Nervous Ron? i keep that in my hangar for a long time, and I successfully parked and saved it there for at least 200 hours of game save time... probably at least 30 or so flights where I re-parked it, etc. it never once despawned.

 

 

but maybe the lazer is different? i haven't personally really kept one, I always end up destroying it haha so i can't speak on experience about that jet in particular, just all planes in general
