Blocky shadows - help?

Please take a look at this picture.

I've tried every single setting and combination thereof to try and fix this using this exact scene. It doesn't matter what I do I can't get rid of these blocky shadows.

I was wondering if;

 

A. anyone else gets this

 

and

 

B. does anyone know how to fix it or if they are aware of the problem?

 

This is my first post so also wanted to say hi. Played all the GTA games since the first one way back when.

I have a GTX 970 and have tried all DSR options as well. Nothing helps.

Thanks for your time guys, looking forward to reading your responses. This is the only thing ruining the look of the game for me

Hm, try reinstalling your graphics drivers.
