Getting really annoyed at NPC drivers

Stupid NPC's driving on sidewalks, pace-caring their way down the freeway, no look turns and lane changes that would make an Asian proud, and this crap:

Even when you aren't barreling your way through town at breakneck speeds, the NPC's love to show just how bad their coding and scripting is.

The way they're programmed is ridiculous, especially during getaways as they are there to obstruct you in every possible way. Luckily I've pretty much become immune to it.

Yeah they suck bad. R* said that PC and NG? will have improved AI. Where is it? They are as stupid on PC as they were on Xbox 360...

 

Edit, yeah AI should not predict your every move. But c'mon! I drive on my lane and an NPC decided to slam the brakes into my lane. Or turn the way I want to overtake it from. The AI in this game are HORRIBLE. They make no sense. One moment they drive normally, when I appear on their radar they are going full retard. Randomly slamming brakes, entering oncoming lane, going on sidewalks. Oh and it`s worse on PC. They seem to completely ignore personal vehicles in Online. Like my car is standing on the side of the road and they just slam right into it, without breaking or turning. It`s like they don`t see it.
