Character switching crash.

I managed to workaround the blitz play crash but now the big score is unbeatable because it occurs again when you switch from trevor to michael in the loud version.

I was also crashing a lot of times when switching between characters on the big score BUT I have a fix!
try this - DON'T select sticky bombs, grenades or any throwable items throughout the mission. WHEN you have to use them select a weapon, whatever it is (pistol, ak47 etc), then aim with it and click G to deploy sticky bombs. BUT don't select them in the weapons menu. Yeah it's weird but that was what I did to stop crashing and it worked

This was recently offered as a solution to the Blitz Play character switch crash...

To fix this problem:

 

"Go to: C:\Users(your name)\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles(profile folder)

Now delete the following two files:

cfg.dat
pc_settings.bin

Now load the game up, adjust your brightness settings and controls, DO NOT GO INTO THE "Saving and Startup" menu.

Enter story mode and do Blitz Play, don't worry about using C4 or grenades. Just play as usual. And you will pass the mission no problem!!!!

I tried every possible solution, non of them worked except this one

If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have been able to finish GTA V. Thank you so much
