Does it - the boxed copy - come with DRM, and what kind of DRM is that? Secondly, is the performance just as expected as from Rockstar's PC ports (crappy and nearly unplayable today on even the lowest of settings, playable in the future?) It doesn't seem like I'll ever bend over to the PC version, what's with a mere game like this asking for 65GBs (like I heard) for ITSELF and only just for itself, and I might ignore the port if in the end, it turns out to be laden with the crappiest of DRM (looks at a black icon near my recycle bin) and with poor performance. Now, go and enlighten me about the port. If you just looked at the PC in my sig, no, that's not my current one at all, and I'm too lazy to post my other one. (Sapphire Radeon 7850 2GB GDDR5) Max FPS: 90 Average: 50-60 Min: 45 (Minus the random fps drops -.-) Rockstar did an amazing job in my opinion. It runs amazing on my hardware especially for the year that my hardware was actually released. It's truly amazing. GTA V will run at ultra probably with same fps. PS4 Version is 50+ gb so why not 65gb for pc? Loads more settings so it should make sense... Plus its different platform and system. A game that runs so beautifully, man i'll even download it at 100gb. (jk i'll be pissed if it was 100gb) It hs boxed copy of course, cheaper than steam version in my opinion, due to taxes and sh*t. But its gonna be a lil bit rare. So if you plan to grab a boxed copy, order one asap from your game store. Its not as bad as you say it, really. DRM - social club, same goes for steam version. Rockstar's PC ports (crappy). AFAIK the only port that was bad was the IV port. It's 65GB because the game is BIG. I saw that a repacker made a repack which was only about 40GB. Repack - removed useless sh*t like different languages. The game itself is very well optimized. Get the POS games like Dragon Age Inquisition and Battlefield 4 and fire up the MP and be amazed at how sh*t it is, vs this game which simply does NOT crash. Superior by what? 4K textures? 60FPS? Nope. Its still the same game with the same protagonists and the same story and the same everything you'd expect from the PS4/XBOne gen. And if you want, you can ask me to beat GTA III or GTA IV on the lowest settings possible, to see that your superior graphics just don't matter, save for bragging rights or extra eye candy one can live without. Speaking of bragging rights, console folk have the bragging rights of getting it earlier than you do, so its not like either ports are superior or anything. PC version doesn't have 4k textures, it can run the game in 4k, that's not the same as having 4k textures, the highest textures in this game are 2048x2048. I see. I like how Rockstar marketted the game as having 4K support, even though I think older games can go up 4K as long as they have a resolution option that isn't limited to three choices. Most of the mods I've seen recently in GTA IV news are just Niko reskins. On an unrelated note, I've even seen a Half-Life 2 mod in 2014..... can't this old game die and have a better, newer game get mods instead?
