Heovax
Didn't know how to write the topic but I will explain my problem. Ok! So I have the game on 1 computer in the living room where my dad is playing. He has so far come like 50% of the game, yesterday we installed GTA V on my computer but when I start the game, the only options I have is Quit, Settings and Story mode, if I start story mode the game starts over, Is it ok if I play the story mode again or is it going to delete the story mode on my dads computer? Btw if it doesn't delete the story mode, will my online characters still be there even if they are on my dads computer? After I've done the prolouge. English isn't my native language so bear in mind. / Heovax
ThunderBanana
It shouldn't be a problem, since they're on 2 different computers, but RSC might pull his save data from the cloud, if it does you can just save to another slot and it'll be fine. Also for Online, since I assume you're using the same account, you'll have to have one character for him, and one for you. If you're using the same account to play, you won't be able to play Online together, and to play SP at the same time, one of you will probably have to launch Social Club in offline mode. Thank you so much for the answer. Hopefully it works, greatly appreciated. Edited April 20, 2015 by Heovax

SpacedDuck
I'm curious if you ever figured this out? I'm playing on a non Steam version of this game and I used the Social Club website to download the game. I've got a save file on my desktop but my laptop only gives me the options to start a new game. The same goes for GTA Online, my regular character didn't load. Does this mean I can't use the same single player file and GTAO account on two different PC's? If so that seems terrible.
