Zoolock Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 I'm on PS4 & this worked for me a few days ago & supposedly works on all versions. Buy the Israel & Palestinian parachute bags then head over to a clothing store & put on just a Tshirt. Equip the Israel chute bag then head to the hairdressers & get a hair cut ( no need to actually get one), when you come out the hair dressers the chute bag should have changed to the duffle bag. After you get the duffle bag with your T shirt be sure to wear it then go to the clothing shop and talk to the woman behind the counter and access "Outfits: Standard" All the outfits will have the duffle bag.
