aiming sensitivity suggestions?

So I'm looking into all the aiming options for first and third person and I notice a bunch of different options such as deadzone and aiming acceleration. I'm not sure exactly what deadzone means if someone could explain to me exactly how the sensitivity options work it would be appreciated.

I'm trying to get my aiming to mimic first person shooters such as battlefield and call of duty ect.

I play a lot of free aim and would like to be more accurate with my shots I tend to over compensate a lot due to the sensitivity so I'm trying to fix that as well. It feels like the acceleration is random at times.

Any tips, facts or suggestions would gladly be appreciated.

No trolls please.

Thanks

Theres a mouse look setting, but we also need an aim sensitivity setting for the mouse. You will notice a big difference if there was one. They didnt include one for the mouse, but the gamepad options have both settings. All third person perspective games on the p.c have a mouse look sensitivity setting, and an aim sensitivity setting for while your aiming your weapon. Even H1Z1 has them. You need that extra level of precision that the aim sensitivity setting brings. Otherwise, your aim sensitivity has to be tied to your mouse look which then controls both your freelook and your aim. You wont be able to get the same level of precision you enjoy with the games you mention above, in GTA V, without that setting, You will always have to sacifice your free look speed for aim senitivity. It should be there, but its not. On the gamepad settings you will see both "Third person look around" settings, and a "Third Person Aim Sensitivity" setting.
