Vehicle idea for GTA 5, The Lamborgini LM002

I swear I brought this topic up a whole year and a half ago....

Better then more super cars that are no better then the last 5 we have gotton.

 

We've only had two dlc supercars.

 

Let me re fraze that, All the Super and sports cars that have no big stat diffrence what so ever and that we get 3 or 4 of every DLC.

 

If you think the LM002 would be faster than the Huntley you are misunderstanding it entirely

 

Lamborghini made tractors before they made cars. The LM002 draws on the former much more than the latter.

Im not going for speed. Im aiming for a decent vehicle to replace the patriot SUV. A vehicle that has no purpose. Its bad, has no custimization options and is gerealy disliked. Atleast the LM002 would be better then that and give the guys that want a hummer type vehicle, a vehicle worth having. Also the huntly is meant for rich snobby people that think they are better then you. Don't think it would fair well off road.

Well it probably wouldn't be as good as the dubsta 6x6. The dubsta has more wheels which means more traction. But for what the LM002 was initally designed for. It could probably be a good race.

 

i think we should get a Sports Classic Pfister before we get another lambo styled look-a-like car.

Have you even looked at the links provided? The LM002 resembles nothing like any standard Lambo. Its based of the hummer design. And why do we need another sports classic that no one will ever use? And even worse, looks like the comet sports car ALREADY in the game.

FM Patriot is actually quite fast, if a little prone to drifting.

I picked one up in GTA 5. Took it to the air port. Did 5 test runs. It took it 20 seconds to hit 80 MPH. And once it hit 80 it stay ed at 80 posably 85 MPH. That is painfully slow. Specially when you compare it to the LM002 which does 0-100 in 7 seconds, has 130 MPH speed limit and will hit it. Thats 50 MPH faster and has almost 3x the acceleration.

Ok take you're standared 4x4 dubsta and go up the cliff face of mount chillad. (Where the lifts are located) Then take the 6x6. The 6x6 will take that inccline no problum while the 4x4 losses out quarter way. Trust me.

There out classed, no one wants them. Just like most don't want a hummer. But maybe if the hummer was actualy good. People would want it.

And for those that claim the Huntly S and the Patriot are better, Well heres a stat leasson. The huntly S has a top speed of 124. 6 MPH slower then the LM002. The LM002 also has a V!2 compared to the huntly S's V6. It also takes the Huntly S 8 seconds to go from 0-60 MPH. Where the LM goes for 0-100 in 7 seconds. So it has a lot more acceleration with 40 more MPH in 1 second, and slightly more speed.

 

The Patriot has a top speed in stock configuration of 80 MPH. and takes a full 20 seconds to hit that top speed. Compare that to the LM002 which hits 100 MPH in 7 seconds. Its over 3.5x faster then the patriot. Now keep in mind that both the Huntly S and the Patriot are classed as SUV's. While the LM002 is classed as Off road. And after extensive testing. I can confirm that off road vehicles handle BETTER the SUV's They also have better hill climbing abilities because of the high ground clearance.

Quick fact: Every number you just gave is completely false.

 

No car in the game can actually go 124 mph.

 

Also, performance of vehicles are roughly 50% of what the real life counterparts are.

if R* made a car that was a cross between a Countach and a Diablo, sure enough it'd look nothing like the Infernus

 

for the longest time, i've been wanting a car that has the rear-end of the Diablo and the front of the Countach. i love the Diablo's rear design and the Countach aspect could make it a unique car, as it could possibly be the only one in the game with headlights that flip open (high beams probably)

better check yourself, then show me where i called the lm002 ugly. i never said that, i only called it a hummer look-a-like and another lambo styled look-a-like, which the second one would be correct since your asking for a vehicle that looks like the lamborgini lm002. i see off road, suv and sport classics a good bit when in free roam. true i do not see them all the time, but i do see them and people drive them as well as many other vehicle classes. as for nobody wanting sport classics because they're out classed, the exact same thing could be said about off road class and suv vehicles.

 

listen, i am not knocking your idea or the lm002, i just stated that i would rather see another Pfister added instead.

Really? Could we please stop comparing RL cars and their RL stats to fictional cars and their fictional stats? I get it that you have a raging hard on for this car, and want desperately for it to be in GTAO, but holy sh*t.

 

Also, you do know that no car in GTAO is based solely on just one RL car, right? So even if R* were to add a LW002 it wouldn't be an exact replica, nor would the performance stats directy transfer over. That makes every comparison you've made between the LW002 and any GTAO car irrelevant.

 

You act like every car in GTAO has the exact same stats as its majority counterpart. You mean to tell me you've never looked up the stats of a Lambo Diablo and saw it wasn't the same as an Infernus? So then why would you think that a direct comparison between the real and fictional would be a convincing argument for your idea?

That just isnt true in my experience.

were both fully modded and did the regular dubsta have a spare wheel at the back ?(equiping that actualy adds traction)

You act like every car in GTAO has the exact same stats as its majority counterpart. You mean to tell me you've never looked up the stats of a Lambo Diablo and saw it wasn't the same as an Infernus? So then why would you think that a direct comparison between the real and fictional would be a convincing argument for your idea?

 

 

I hate to break it to you. But they often are. 2 clear examples are the Dubsta and the Dubsta 6x6. Both look exactly like there real life counter parts. The Dubsta is a exact match to the Mercedes G550. And the 6x6 Looks almost the exact same as the Mercedes G36 AMG. The only diffrence? The Pipe roll cage on the back is diffrent. Also want to know something? The G36 AMG has a top speed of 160 Km/h. The dubsta 6x6. Also does 160 Km/h.

 

R* makes the cars or atleast most of them exactly like they are IRL. Same body stryle, Same horse power, same speed. Don't belive me? look them up for you're self and do the test drives in game. I garentee that 80% of the vehicles match there IRL counter parts.

I picked one up in GTA 5. Took it to the air port. Did 5 test runs. It took it 20 seconds to hit 80 MPH. And once it hit 80 it stay ed at 80 posably 85 MPH. That is painfully slow. Specially when you compare it to the LM002 which does 0-100 in 7 seconds, has 130 MPH speed limit and will hit it. Thats 50 MPH faster and has almost 3x the acceleration.

 

Hay, I gave the links for those that didn't know. And as far ads these go, You call the LM002 ugly. And as for sports classics, how often do you see someone driving a sporst classic? Almost never? There out classed, no one wants them. Just like most don't want a hummer. But maybe if the hummer was actualy good. People would want it.

And for those that claim the Huntly S and the Patriot are better, Well heres a stat leasson. The huntly S has a top speed of 124. 6 MPH slower then the LM002. The LM002 also has a V!2 compared to the huntly S's V6. It also takes the Huntly S 8 seconds to go from 0-60 MPH. Where the LM goes for 0-100 in 7 seconds. So it has a lot more acceleration with 40 more MPH in 1 second, and slightly more speed.

 

The Patriot has a top speed in stock configuration of 80 MPH. and takes a full 20 seconds to hit that top speed. Compare that to the LM002 which hits 100 MPH in 7 seconds. Its over 3.5x faster then the patriot. Now keep in mind that both the Huntly S and the Patriot are classed as SUV's. While the LM002 is classed as Off road. And after extensive testing. I can confirm that off road vehicles handle BETTER the SUV's They also have better hill climbing abilities because of the high ground clearance.

Really? Could we please stop comparing RL cars and their RL stats to fictional cars and their fictional stats? I get it that you have a raging hard on for this car, and want desperately for it to be in GTAO, but holy sh*t.

I'm sorry, I didn't know Warstock listed top speed, and every reliable source has the Patriot at 130-134MPH, so how are you so confident that these numbers are entirely accurate? Oh, you did some tests and that's what you thought they topped out at?

 

I would say you go your information from a low quality website, but even a Google search only pops up a few hits of which most of them list the Dubsta 6x6's top speed at 192MPH.

Listen sunshine. You can easily go into GTA 5 go into first person (XB1/PS4.) Take any care to a flat straght road (Like the air port) Drive it on a test, and look at the spedomiter on the dash. It will tell you how fast the vehicle reaches. As far as the RL cars, there specifications are all over various car websites and manufacture websites. Its not rocket science.

 

And no sunshine, Thats what they did top out at. A stock patriot will never reach 130. I have only ever got it to hit 85 max. And that took forever. And I tell you this. My 6x6 has every engine upgrade in the game. And it never hits that speed you listed. The IRL vertion never even hits that speed. And thats coming from the cars manufacturer.

 

You want a list huh: G550=Dubsta

G36 AMG=Dubsta 6x6, Sadler=Ford F 150, Comet=Porshe, Panto= smart car, landstalker=Land rover. Need I say more? Because I really don't have the time to look at every vehicle and compare them to there RL counter parts. For f**ks sake there are multiple people that say "Oh this car is this, that car is this car" So unless you want to do that and you want to run the extensive amount of tests and reasherch.
