Why is the Kurama so OP?

Quite a few missions I enter have one guy in a Kurama just speeding in amongst the bad guys and sitting shooting everyone out of the window until everyone is dead.

Zero skill and zero fun.

Why have Rockstar given people such a powerful car to people which makes large parts of the game redundant?

It's a bit of a gamebreaker which is a real shame.

If you start a mission and someone has a Kurama you may as well put down the pad and let them get on with it as you are barely required.

Thoughts guys?

Because killing enemies in missions outside the armoured kuruma takes skill.

Is this The Guy?

Of all the times I have tried I have not been able to drive the Kuruma up the stairs in Docks and Scares so it is not op... yet.

missions being easier is the best thing to ever happen,

play heists for a challenge if you want one.

It's an armoured car. It's not OP.

Want missions to be fun? Don't do them with randoms then.

I never asked if it was OP or not. That's not up for debate.

I asked why it was so OP and why would Rockstar provide such a car, but thanks.

But it isn't OP so therefore your question is redundant.

You can do that with other cars too. I have done the plane heist setup in a F620, the other guy was driving and I was shooting. Almost didn't get hit. It's easier with the kuruma as you don't need to go as fast but still.

But it is. It's a vehicle which takes practically all skill out of many missions. Maybe you misunderstand what OP means?

Maybe we could agree to disagree, as tremendously fun this has been.

I only play missions for monies so whatever gets it done with minimal effort is fine by me. Most missions aren't even that fun, anyways. If it concerns you that much, you might not want to play with randoms?

Also, mission were redundant waaaay before the Kuruma was even leaked. Having to play the same 100 or so missions hundreds and hundreds of times over the span of a year and a half will do that (nope, Titan of a Job still isn't any better the 1000th time around). Heists are the only missions since launch that have made the game less stale in that regard.

Sorry, auto-aim already did this.

Missions were already ridiculously easy and redundant. How are you just realizing this because suddenly an armored car makes it somewhat easier?

I don't think you can sit stationary in any other non armoured car surrounded by baddies and not be harmed, though I could be wrong?

I can't make this any simpler - it's an armoured car. Of course you'll not take any or much damage in it. If you did, it wouldn't be armoured. Therefore it is not OP. If anyone is misunderstanding what OP means, it's you.

my friend parked his z-type and went afk, I rammed his car into a pedestrian getting him a wanted level. he got surrounded by cops and it took about 5 minutes of police brutality to finally kill a dude sitting in his car doing nothing...

Is the Kurama a new car? Never found that in game :^)

You need to buy all the cash cards consecutively for it to spawn on the streets.

So then that means any car that has a bulletproof back such as the Zento is OP then since they can just dirve in backwards and kill everybody

Well that's my point entirely. You only want to play for money so the fact its OP suits you. That's fine.

The fact you are bored of the missions is neither here nor there, sorry.

Heists are irrelevant to this topic also. But like I said, thanks for reinforcing my point.

You people and that call of duty term, boils my blood.

only thing that could've been considered truly "OP" was the tank back in 2013

but it got nerfed to sh*t. nothing in this game is OP- some things are incredibly useless however.

You are right, you can't, though you still get some good protection even when you stay stationary. You still get shot in the kuruma if you don't move at all though... I don't use the kuruma because I think it's too easy but your not completely invincible either.

My 2c, I think R* did it on purpose to refresh the missions as best they can, I love riding on top of NPC's and just sitting there until they die ...

I agree with what people had said above, it brings a complete different way of doing things and having fun while doing missions, I try use my Kuruma in every mission just to see how it changes it up, try something different.

Changes super boring missions into something fun .. and don't play with randoms. Now you can do RR without wasting tons of money on RPG's ..

Opinion =/= Fact

Ive killed some many people inside Armored Kurumas Wit Normal Weapons ( No Explosives),the only thing you have to do is to get the perfect angle and Boom they´re dead.

I'll give this one last shot.

Giving someone an in game item which essentially amounts to invincibility on an inordinate amounts of occasions, is OP.

This item which means you are invincible could be an armoured car, a cloak, or a lollipop. So (slowly), its not the item that is important here, its the fact its overpowered in the context of the game.

Yes,yes, yes it's an armoured car. I get that.

That part is really not important, but thanks.

Mostly because it would be better to type my full opinion than to post tthe video that onlyy says like 40% of my opinion.
