I just got $30,000 for taking out a smuggler plane. I'm fine with that instead of the armored trucks, if I'm honest.

I was in a private room with 3 of my buddies and they spawned. so they are still around just need enough people.

do not need enough people, only need one. i had one spawn the other night when i was in solo taking pics of a couple cars. sucked though it only paid out little over 7k. :/ was barely worth it imo.

I just got $30,000 for taking out a smuggler plane. I'm fine with that instead of the armored trucks, if I'm honest.

wtf? most i have ever gotten was $8k. :blink:

I remember they would often spawn around snow days,maybe every 15-20 minutes.Then they were again made more rare with the update that removed Festive Surprise content after New Year,but they would still spawn maybe once every hour.Now I remember seeing them maybe only once or twice since the Heists were released.

Hold on, we're talking about the same console/gen right? I play on PS3 and I haven't seen one spawned in thousands of years.I was taking pictures of one of my cars. I'd been in the session for over two game days, and this was the second event to occur.

i play XB360 and still get them from time to time, but not as much as before and i do not mean when they were glitched and repeatedly spawning, but when they actually spawned like they were supposed to.

True, I noticed this as well. My only guess so far is that Gruppe Sechs knew Heists were coming, and they didn't want to get "f*cked" anymore.

Been 2 hours in a crew session, alone, only thing I got is one Lester's distract the cops, and a text from Simeon about his export cars. I'll now try in a solo session.

I will recommend you to keep playing on foot as driving a vehicle or plane or jet will make the game load ambient vehicles for population and won't have time for the armored truck script.

I had an armored truck appear during a 4-star chase, your assumption holds very little merit.

Finally spawned one, had to wait through 3 hours on the same solo session. It went from Lester's distract the cops, then a Trevor's plane (which did not count on the award for some stupid reason), Simeon's Wanted car (green blip, not text) and FINALLY the Armored Truck.

 

Since there's so much new freemode stuff they really should lower the timer of these events to 20 mins or something, especially if it's all scripted to be in order like I described. So annoying.

Just had another one.

 

Not sure how long I'd been in the session, probably around 1.5 game days or so. It was the first random event of the session. The session was a closed friend session, and I was alone, working on a new car, which I was sitting in when it appeared.

 

I got four bags of $1616 each for a total of $6464.

All of my online play has been ps3 with hundreds of hours of play since release.

 

My last session was a week ago but i have played in the past at times almost every day for several hours.

 

About armored trucks: i have only had them spawn 2 times since the ps4/xbone version release. A year ago armored trucks appeared every real hour and in Los Santos,Paleto Bay, or Sandy Shore.

 

About the only thing i get is the crap waste of time special high priority crap request from that crap face Simeon. When just added i got the request from Gerald to blow up a vehicle. However after 2 request that also became missing along with the distract cops or shoot an airplane which i never got a request for at all.

 

I play invite only so i also do not get any special crate drops other than 1 time in 18 months. Now even if i wanted to play open sessions i can not unless i want the agro of longer load times and lag.

here on ps3 i actualy saw one today

thing is there are many jobs now

on top of that, apperantly they cant/somehow dont want to have multiple freeroam activities active at the same time

I saw a truck yesterday for the first time in a couple months. But I'll tell you what happened to them. Firstly they got nerfed from about 9k to 5k. Then the chance of one spawning went from every 5 minutes to every 5 weeks lol. Everything in this game cane be explained by the following. YOU SHALL NOT HAVE MONEY, if you want money YOU SHALL BUY IT.

I have a bunch of money. I didn't buy it.
