Yes, It's true, and it looks really Badass.

While Rockstar hasn't developed the game for Virtual Reality usage, setting up third person software does the trick, and definitely seems to work.

One thing I worry about though is what if you're really unfit and cannot run extended periods of time because of this.

Oh I don't doubt it. It's very much for serious gamers who want to take that next step(There's nothing wrong with that) and make it seem real,

but for the casual gamer like me, even if I had it, I don't think I'd use it all that often. Although it would be nice and all.

I suppose the price would come down eventually but even then it may not be all that practical.

But this is what people have wanted for ages, it's been talked about for ages, I have no doubt people will go out of their way to buy one.

I think it would over-complicate things. Kind of like taking off your shoes, pants, and socks just to go pee. Eventually you just won't use the machine.

Oculus rift is working on a new type of controll for the headset display and im sure Sony is doing the same not everyone will enjoy physical movement for like 6 hours strait its going to be plug and play nothing to set up I'm not sure when its going to come out unless you buy the developers edition now

One does not just "answer the door." You could be shot in the face. Hasn't GTA0 taught you anything? So this rig could save your life.

 

Actually, a worse fate is to answer the door and get pigeon-holed by a door-to-door religious cult. Sounds like a good minigame for GTA0, in fact

Bare in mind, GTA hasn't actually been developed for this kind of technology, so yeah, there'll be things you can't do(Yet)

Look out for GTA 6 when it drops, that will definitely do everything you want it to, and more.
