I've been to Los Angeles and if you hit someone's car they certainly don't call you a 'wanker'

 

In fact it sounds like everyone on the streets is British

 

It drives me mad! Is it too much to ask for Americans in..... America?!?

I've heard the British NPC maybe twice in towards 2 years of gameplay. It's fair to assume there'd be some Brits over there, but I've never noticed a huge amount
