Like the dude is living his past over again but dealing with the present as well. Or maybe like GTA Honolulu. We could boat or fly between the islands. GTA: Toronto would be funny, because GTA means Greater Toronto Area here in Canada, although not really a crime capitol of the world. He also confirmed that before any "GTA VI" version we will be getting map expansions to GTA: O. Expect GTA: O to last at least another 6+ years before we even hear about the next installment. They already have the map for Liberty City, and GTA V is set in San Andreas, so it's probably safe to assume either LC, LV, or SF are next to come. San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Fremont, maybe have a something with an "electric car company" in Fremont, CA, which is south of Oakland. They could also add in Marin county for the nice hilly open vineyards, and the central valley can be the drug grow areas. Mods, give this guy a cookie. Continue from Tommy Vercetti story. In GTA VI Tommy would be your mentor and take story from there. Or Tommy dies the empire falls and the spot is open for taking. Or even someone from Tommys past to get back to him. There would be intersting plots I think and put Tommy into it. Really want to visit Vice City again. Add some modern time movie twist in there also what where based in Miami. Like they had in vice city. Bad Boys, Miami Vice(2006). And a must would be Dexter.... Miami has become a pensioner paradise and the only good thing would be the Everglades and beach side. I would choose Hawaii over Miami. The most fitting place at the moment would be Las Vegas(Las Venturas) although I prefer San Francisco(San Fierro). You will have a crazy amount of casinos, strip clubs, enourmes desert, etc... Criminal Russia mod had a lot of potential, sadly, there was only a map sans story. So many stories untold, so much clichees untouched. Corrupt cops, georgian mafiya, gopniks, Afghan veterans, arms trading... Russia was pretty much plucked apart in 90s. A absolutely lawless zone. I think they're sticking with modern times as there is more flexibility in weapons/cars/etc as well as having a phone for mission contacts. And they already have the technology to put all the cities in one game: Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas, Vice City and Liberty City.
