Weird GPU usage problem

Ok, so i'm rocking an Radeon HD7970GHz Edition, 8GB DDR3 and a Intel Core i5 760 2,80GHz.

 

 

I've got the MSI Afterburner OSD on my game and basically for example whenever i put MSAA on off my GPU usage is 60% and i get 48fps outside Michaels house with rest on high/very high, nothing below that, advanced settings on off. When i turn MSAA on 4x my GPU is 99% usage, and so is my CPU in both cases, 90 - 99% and my FPS only drops like 3-4? Reading what everyone is saying about MSAA dropping loads of FPS it seems a bit weird, but i don't really mind, the problem starts that after 30 - 1 hour of playing my game starts stuttering and like lagging really bag maybe to fps in the same areas where i had 50. If i restart the game it's all good, OSD also shows 6gb of ram from 8 so ram isn't an issue. I'm on 1080p. And another problem that i dont know where it comes from is that if i put my game on DX 10 and lowest lowest 800x600, everything on lowest, i can't maintain 60 fps. I don't know what to think. Sometimes when i turn MSAA on i get better FPS than when it is off, and my only guess is that i get better fps because my GPU is 99% and not 60% like when it is on off, so i have to turn on the setitngs for better fps, i don't mind but as i said in 30 mins the game will stuter and drop massively in fps, and sometimes i boot the game up and in Michaels house im on 60 fps and then if i restart it the next time in the same place im on 30 - 35. It's really really really weird.

 

 

Not sure if it's a vSync problem aswell because sometimes the game acts 30 fps locked even though my vSync is on " on ", i gotta go turn it off and then on for it to work.

 

Forgot to mention my beta drivers are installed.
