Especially Softest shadows, when you are piloting a plane or a helicopter, there is a weird pixelated square around the plane/helicopter shadows (on the ground)... That is just one example. 2. In the advanced graphics, Extended shadows distance slider is bugged as hell, dont use it ! Look at this comparison http://67.227.255.239/forum/showpost.php?p=160522450&postcount=3720, it proves it. 3. Look at this Overall, the game is great and optimized, but shadows are a bit bugged and I hope Rockstar fixes them as soon as possible ! Does someone know how to increase the quality of the shadows outside the "detail aura" (you what I mean, that space where the shadows are full res) ? How to expand that "detail aura" ? And Nvidia PCSS has a rather large perfomance hit... about those low quality shadows, I tried messing with the Shadow_SplitZStart values and when I put both of them to 0.930000, it seems a bit better...But still, R* needs to relase an update and fix this.
