Can't with Anyone in Online - PC

So since launch I've been having the problem that whenever I try to join a friend's session, be it private or public, either it says that the friend has left the session and I get put into a random session. Or I connect to their session, but when we get within close enough distance to see each other, they stop then after a few seconds it says that they left the game. Been happening since Wednesday and it's just getting annoying.

 

Another thing is in heists and jobs, my friends can connec to the loading screen and setup everything. However, once it tries to load into the actual mission, it says that the heist has been failed due to players leaving or during jobs when it just puts my friend and I into seperate jobs.

 

I've tried a bunch of things including Firewall exceptions, Anti- Malware and Virus exceptions, Opening ports and setting a static IP, setting a DMZ Host on the static IP to try and have an open NAT. My internet is 6mB/s down and 0.5mB/s up with ping to said friends in the 20-50ms range. Nothing seems to work. Just looking for anyone with a similar problem and if anyone has found a solution.

 

P.S. I live in South Africa and think it might have something to do with it.

 

Title is meant to say "Can't play with Anyone Online" sorry. (No sexual connotations attached.)
