Ok, seriously though... is it just me or is the weather VASTLY improved in GTA:O for the PS4 (and Xbone for all I know)???

 

I keep finding myself driving around in the most beautiful foggy, sunny mornings, with shafts of light piercing the skyline..

It's like a different game and far better than the usual wet/dry weather..

 

anyone else noticed or am I being feverish?

It used to rain at night on last gen freeroam in the first few months after launch. Now it rains at roughly the same times in the morning or afternoon. I hate that. I want evening rain.

Still remember folks chasing each other down in sports classics in the rain off roading lol. That stuff was hilarious.

I want the brightness at night to vary (at least 3 settings) with the phase of the moon.

Anyone notice how non scripted "thunderstorms" only ever have one strike of thunder/lightning? It's shame because the lightning in this game is phenomenal.

The hot sauna of Los Santos or may I say City Of Saints makes my underneath torso persperate.Blaine County is much more warm but on the contray is filling with stinky,filthy,pervacious wankers.

It just looks normal to me now. When I first started playing on the One, I was like sh*t wow. Now I'm just like oh okay, got use to it.

I think because last gen couldnt handle the amount of shading detail possible in new gen.

Ive noticed this too, and i like new gen's lighting effects better. More contrast is better imo

I don't have current gen as of yet. But I have seen many gameplays of current gen and the weather is not as bright as the last gen version. It's similar to TBOGT being more brighter/sunnier than the original IV.

I'm still pissed off that we are all experiencing different weather at the same time...is this still true...what a pile of sh*t!

Last time I check all lobbies were synced with one another weather wise.
