GTA V has stopped working after Caida Libre mission.

Hello guys. I have a problem there with my GTA V storyline.

 

When I complete mission named Caida Libre and it switches from Michael to Franklin, while switching character the game crashes and it shows: Grand Theft Auto V has stopped working.

 

Anyone knows how to fix it?
