[PC] Screen size at non native resolution

HI,

 

I am running GTA 5 at 1600x900, but my monitor is 1920x1080, so the game just restricts it to a smaller portion of the screen, instead of filling up the entire screen. Running at 1920x1080 is an obvious solution, but I'd rather have all the PostFX and other effects at a lower resolution. Is there any way to make GTA take up the entire screen space at all resolutions?
