I had a similar issue where the game would be finicky about whether or not I could use the vehicle. But I got it to work by reloading a save, re-modding the car, and making sure I didn't get a wanted level before dropping it off. Getaway Vehicle complete: http://gtasnp.com/BLGB5x Notes: Used the vehicle Michael was driving in your save. Oddly enough, when I loaded the save the first time, it wouldn't let me use it. Then I accidentally lost the vehicle, and reloaded the same save and it immediately told me I could use it. Are you sure this is the right save? You can't upload it to gtasnp.com because the exact same save already exists on the server (this one http://gtasnp.com/k6vdEr).Also doing the assassination and stock market thing this early in the game won't get you much money. It's best to do them after you complete the story as you'll have way more money to invest. If you're absolutely sure this is the save you want to use, then say so and I'll do it. I think the stocks are bugged on your save, because when I use it, the stocks I buy never change, even after several days. It worked fine on my personal save. You said they weren't working before? Everything is ready for the score but after i rob the bank and the cops come , the Chef doesn't move , some cops too and after i kill them nothing happens. Micheal and the Chef freeze and nothing happens .... You need to start the mission as Trevor (at the H sign on the map).
