elden
My rig : i7 3770k Asus gtx 760 2gb 8gb ram What settings should I set to get 60fps
EvilFiend
I got a 760. I use very high textures and everything else on high and I lower the pop variety down until its under 2gb Vram. This gets a constant 60 fps on SP but only 35-50 in MP depending on whats going on. Not sure why MP strains the GPU so much

oCrapaCreeper
Whatever you do, try to keep the textures at very high to retain the game's quality. It will eat up a ton of VRAM for the 2GB version but performance wise it doesn't appear to have a noticeable impact on framerate. It's usually safe to go over the VRAM limit a bit, but don't go crazy, you don't want the game using up your physical memory too much. The crap that will usually eat up your framerate is MSAA (obviously), grass (never set this on Ultra if you intend on going to the countryside), postFX, and shadows (notably kills your framerate when headlights cast shadows on dynamic objects.). Don't even touch the advanced options. Edited April 18, 2015 by oCrapaCreeper EvilFiend
elden
I set everything to low and it drops to 30 and lags in mp and also sometimes in sp

SlaveZer0
look at my specs, then GeForce experience set optimal levels for this game on my system.... it maxed out the entire game, constant 57 -60 fps... I wouldn't get this nice of graphics except I have two 660 ti in sli mode allowing me to go over the 2 gb on my card since its memory throughput is so fast (everyone once in a while in the forest I get a little bit of artifacting} see if using the GeForce experience to set the best levels based on your hardware.
