OldMagickBeard
So... what is this exactly? It makes the engine quieter?
Sagacity159
Judging from the name it swaps engine sounds and such between cars.
thewhitehammer99
It's possible to change engine sounds on ps3/xbox360, so I would imagine it wouldn't be hard on PC

fastman92
if modding isnt possible yet than how was it done? GTA V for PC was delayed because R* worked hard on making GTA V barely moddable. They worked to make GTA V modding complicated and unattractive. They worked to make GTA V modding complicated and unattractive.Matter of fact, R* have actually made it very easy to modify the game files, They made most files .xml files (which can be easily edited), the names of files are obvious, and they even added comments in the file lol, looking through one file yesterday, it had a heading saying "modify values at your own risk" hahaThe only thing we need now is the rpf key for libertyV (the xbox and ps3 key was only found when R* goofed up) Edited April 18, 2015 by thewhitehammer99 Neddo and Kafonix

The heading about "modify values at your own risk" is also only there for developers at R* working on the file, it's not exactly a message for us to see. Then explain how easy it is to load literally anything that is in the DLC folders.

TJGM
How is that bad programming? Do you even know what we're talking about?
Sagacity159
Bad programming, just like Gta Sa? Or, intentionally making the game plugin-capable. As in, able to have modifications to the game added to the game through an easy, drag and drop method.
Luiisjoseda
So... what is this exactly? It makes the engine quieter? I think the engine swap is just adding speed to the vehicle.
Glenni91
No, as you can hear, it quite clearly swaps from the Ruiner's v8 sound, to the Coil's barely audible, but still just as much there, electric sound.
