Awkward sound while driving - please help me

When I drive a car, any car, at any time, makes a awkward sound. Sounds like a stride. It happens more when I make changes of direction, but it happens at other times too. I asked my friends and this does not happen in their game. It is an extremely annoying sound, very uncomfortable and was not meant to be, it is a bug.

 

EDIT: I realize that it happens a lot more while driving my own online cars (any of them). In normal cars it happens, but a lote less and in situations that sounds normal.

 

I posted a video on youtube, in order to understand better. I speak in Portuguese in the video, so please do not pay attention to my voice. At 0:57 of the video I started to swing the car to make it easier to show what is the sound I'm talking about.

Please someone help me solve this. I waited for years to play on pc (played only in the Xbox 360) and I'm having a lot of problems, as huge lags in online gta (but this is another problem).

Already uninstalled the game and downloaded again, but it didn't help.

My computer

Asus Z87 plus

Intel i7 4770k

GTX 780ti SuperClocked

16gm ram

HD Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500gb.

I run the game in ultra settings with more than 90 fps when vertical synchronization is turned off.

Please help me. I don't know what can I do.

have u tried reinstalling the driver? not sure if that will help.

 

also never ever again let youtube ''optimize'' your videos cause it does quite the oppposite

There's definitely something wrong with your handling file or something like that, its probably corrupt. Your coquette engine sounds nothing like it should, and the clunkyness is probably because of an extra flag in the handling line

What driver are you talking about? Sound card?

I removed the game and downloaded it again. What I realize is this happens much more with my cars. Open world cars do this but only with certain moments..like when the bottom of the car hits the floor.

 

When I turned vertical sync on again it feels a little better, but it can be just my imagination. I don't see any link between vertical sync and sound..

 

 

Do you have any ideia to how to solve it?

 

 

I have other problems with the game..like huge online lags when I play with people. I just can play alone. I cant get a ride with friends because in my screen it looks like they are hitting other cars, stopping, and teletransporting..it's very frustant. I will try to get another internet service provider, but don't know when..

 

Also, every time that I enter in a service, the hair of the char changes. I imported the char from social club, and when I did this the char came with wrong hair. I change in the unique-oportunity to change the char, but the game changes to that wrong imported hair in every service, the it back to my right hair when I back to open world.
