SilentMage Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 This started happening out of nowhere as I began my gameplay session today. It appeared right after the Merryweather Heist mission and only seems to appear when I'm outside - if I go into an indoor environment or to any other screen (like the pause screen) it goes away. I recently upped some settings to Very High/Ultra from High and didn't put two-and-two together. Thanks for the head's up - I'll drop that back to "High" for now. If this doesn't work, then you can try to turn down PostFX effects somewhat. If none of this works, please point it out by replying to this thread. This is being discussed here as well.
