How to transfer an Xbox 360 character to a different profile on the Xb

Yesterday I got Gta 5 for Xbox one.(I also have it on 360) but when I go online all I see is 'previous gta 5 data had not been detected' something like that anyway I can't remember.

 

So my question is this: how do u transfer a Xbox 360 gta 5 character to a different profile on the Xbox one.

 

For some reason when my dad bought me an Xbox one he has to make a separate profile so I have 2 gamer tags

 

If you know a way to solve this PLZ help.

It's possible to transfer a 360 character to Xbox One as long as you use the same account. For that to be possible, you need to have a Social Club account. That way, it's also possible to transfer from PS3 to say Xbox One, from 360 to PS4, et cetera. However, you can not transfer from 360 to Xbox One or from PS3 to PS4 if you use two seperate Xbox Live/PSN accounts, since you can only link one account of each type on Social Club - i.e. you can not link two PSN/Xbox Live accounts, only one.
