My god, yes! i have been waiting one year for the Declasse Tampa, my favorite muscle car out of the series, i hope these leaks are true, they wouldn't make highly detailed interiors for them for nothing, i doubt these are leftovers from gta iv. gotta love the tampa

I take it you're referring to the World Trade Center?It is correct that jet fuel can't melt steel beams. I don't recall anyone ever claiming it could. However, burning jet fuel can soften steel enough to the point that a building being help up by that steel might collapse.

 

As has been scientifically proven many times.

Except in game it is the Bravado (read: Dodge) Banshee. It doesn't really matter tho. The Warrener is a Vulcar (read: Volvo), but anyone with eyes can see it is an old school GTR. Brands can only follow so closely when the cars in game are an amalgamation of 2 or 3 separate vehicles.

All too often we see people making statements like, "The Turismo is a McLaren P1." Well no, it's not. The Turismo is the Turismo, nothing more, nothing less. It may be based partly on the P1, and based even more so on the LaFerrari, but it isn't either of them. None of the cars in GTA are anything other than themselves. None of these cars are an exact match for anything in real life; they all take design cues from two or more different real-life cars, therefore,,they're not anything in real life. They just are what they are.

I kinda understand his logic with Inventero. The examples being used are Viper and Corvette. When GTAV was in production, the trademark for the Viper was still owned by Chrysler, the parent company of Dodge, who made the Viper. The Viper has only been around for about 25 years or so (first one was 1990 or 1992 I forget exactly, but I could also be wrong on that fact). It wasn't until very late into the development of GTAV (early 2013 if I remember correctly) that the Viper trademark was sold to Street and Racing Technology, also known as SRT, the performance company for Dodge. They then began to produce the Viper again in late 2013, but by then the Banshee was already developed in GTAV, which could be why R* left it under Bravado (Dodge).

 

Another more simplified reason is that the Banshee is a classic vehicle of the GTA series, and has always been a Bravado, so they left it under that brand for nostalgic reasons.

 

 

The Corvette, on the other hand, has a massive history, dating back to the early 1950s, which includes generations of styling changes, variants, and even competitive history. Despite being a vehicle made by Chevrolet, the Corvette is widely classified as its own brand, in essence becoming a company under Chevrolet, even though it isn't an official title by law. It has its own famous logo (crossed checkered flags), and has had that throughout its history. This seems to justify the logic of R* classifying it under its own brand name.

I loved the Tampa back in GTA TBoGT. It was my favourite car to drive and one of my friend who mods (don't worry, we only played in private sessions) would always spawn one in for me. I hope it returns.
