GTA cars are never part of 1 real life car by itself. They can be two. They can be from 3 cars. And so on. They may borrow one cars headlights, another cars side mirrors, another cars vinyls and decals, etc...

 

If someone looks at a zentorno and calls it lambo or the:

Infernus a zonda

Voltic an elise

Bullet a Ford GT

Blista a honda

Stinger a TVR

.......in a simplistic, generalistic way to sum up a car he/she has seen, that person would not be wrong to call it by those aforementioned names/titles as long as that person is aware that GTA cars are made up of more than 1 car....which in fact we are all indeed aware of this. If someone sees a little bit of a Mclaren in a Vacca, he/she can call it a Mclaren. If they see the rear bottom bumper and exhaust of an Entity as a Saleen S7's, they can generalize the Entity as a Saleen.

That car is fantastic, but we basically already have that with the Tornado. The biggest difference is the rear end. If we ever get new lowriders I'd like for them to be more different from what we already have.

except for the fact that GTA cars are generally generalized by what they mostly look like not what 5% of the car looks like and the manufacturer. That 59 is okay but I'm a fan of original vehicles. I'd love a 58 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham knock off. I love how Cadillac did the stainless steel roof. sucks detailing them kinda cars tho. The dame plastic car covers we use tend to stick to the steel, pain in the ass to remove it when that happens.

I understand what you are saying, but I disagree on two key points. First, I don't believe it is ever accurate or appropriate to call any GTA car by the name of an IRL car or car brand. A Blista is not a Honda, it's a Dinka. Even when a GTA car obviously has most of its design based on an IRL car, it still isn't that car.

 

Second, the other poster did not say the Zentorno is a Lykar HyperCar. He said something to the effect of they look awfully similar. Saying it looks like something is different from saying it is something.

 

I will--and have--agreed that some parts of the Zentorno are based on the HyperCar. But the majority of the Zentorno is based on other cars. Relatively very little is based on the HyperCar, and the Zentorno as a whole does not really look very much like the HyperCar at all.

Oh I really wasn't paying much attention. Just say the 59 and decided to post. I'm not really into low riders pre se, but I wouldn't mind more vehicles of different taste. Rockstar dropped the ball in this game. We might have the most vehicles in gta5 then any other gta game BUT it doesn't seem that way.

I guess I just have a high tolerance for when people label GTA vehicles. If someone calls a car something ludacris, then I question it. But if they can provide proof, then no problem. Your point is invalid Ryan...your comment illustrates my point perfectly. You are generalizing the Infernus as a lambo because that is what you're familiar with. Thats what youre comfortable with. Thats what you see when you look at it. Its absolutely no different from what Jrebbert and Mr.Scratch are doing. I stand by my original posts. They are both correct in their arguements between each other.

I'm happy with any vehicle Rockstar adds, just as long as its not another overpowered armoured vehicle. Variety is awesome.

IMO, at this point the damage is done. We may as well have some variety in armored vehicles as well.
