Random events reappearing after completion?

Hey, do some of the events happen again if I completed them? I just feel like doing some of them few times just for the heck of it. I mean any random events like stealing wallet, car etc.

The ones where you have to chase down the guy who took a wallet in different locations reapear ocassionally....and I think the chase downs by the rednecks around Blaine County.

I may be wrong (anyone correct me), all the other events happen only one time.

There is one which will give you quite some money in stocks which you can sell in the stock exchange (when you recover a guy's bike you'll get a mail some days later).

There are some hitchhikers, a drunk couple etc which are good for nothing except for taking them to the Altruist camp with Trevor, which triggers a sidequest after you brought them some people to eat.

There is one weird chick hiking around the big lage in Blaine County, take her home with Trevor and you got yourself a crazy f*ckbuddy.

You can get "The Duke" in a random event if you played GTA on Xbox 360 or PS3 before. http://gta.wikia.com/Duke_O%27Death Found it by accident and now have that baby sitting in my garage.

There is a hitchhiker on the western freeway which leads to the north western part of the map. when you go south he will show up. Spare that guy until you got yourself some money with the main story and with the Lester stock exchange missions. He will give you another tip for the stock market. It only pays out a lot when you have money to put into stocks.
