I can find it when I'm playing as Mikey(Michael), but when I play as Frankie(Franklin) I cannot f*cking find this goddamn car. I'm getting pissed off and v frustrated. alex1369 Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 As franklin he has those races to race if you want, but instead to race simply steal the obey tah is there in the crowd.. The obey and feltzer are always there where the race icons are for Franklin.. Better acceleration and sharper handling and will reach its max speed way before the Bullet does. Bxx Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 (edited) If you find them with Michael just grab it, and then switch to Franklin and go to where you were playing with Michael. So you should be able to see Michael roaming around, and he should get out of his car and ask if you wanna do something with him, choose yes, and take his car, then go drink with him or whatever and after you're done you keep the car for yourself.
