PC network stability

Ladies and gentlemen, console peasant XBOX ONE player is here, asking about network issues in GTA Online on PC. I've got some questions:

 

— How long does it take to join GTAO? Is it faster than loading time on consoles?

— How often are you experiencing unknown network errors?

— How populated are your lobbies?

— How long does it take to load a heist or a mission?

— Can you host your own game with settings like vehicle density, weather, etc?

 

From my personal experience on consoles, network code is crap and it will be nice to know, that there is an improvement in PC version. Especially, dedicated server or just ability to host the game with custom lobby settings is something that should be on PC, IMO.
