'Bluestack installation failed' help

I've tried to install it but it gives me an error, which is stated on the title. I've also tried some steps in the internet to fix it but it still give me that error. Furthermore, I have an antivirus named Microsoft Security Essentials and I'm not sure if it's blocking Bluestack from being installed.

I really need answers so that I can play android games on the computer.
