hyperar Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 This is my complaint. When playing in singleplayer keyboard inputs are sometimes delayed. My input method is set to Raw Input, because the other two possible options are even worse. The problem is when I am driving a car it sometimes responds immidiately when i press another key but sometimes takes up to ten seconds to change the command. (e.g. it keeps driving forward although i already press the s button) this happens very randomly. I have no idea what could be wrong. I have already played GTA IV on this PC and it worked perfectly. And Far Cry 4, Far cry 3, A ton of other driving games and no problems with this except in gta v. That's the damn inputlag. Craigsters Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 (edited) I'm happy with my purchase, the only reason why I don't buy console anymore is because I like modding my game, a house to display my loot is one example of a mod or Caesars New Regime - Legion Overhaul mod for NV is another example!.. I became disenfranchised with the whole console world scene and the stuff they where adding netflix and youtube and internet access, is it a gaming console are is it trying to be a PC now? and the different designs every other year, shinery or more slick looking, I wasn't buying this anymore, I wanted to be unique and not another automaton or the play in traffic because everyone else is or own a smartphone and open it in public like everyone else does and be brainless and ignorant of my surroundings and fella human being's!.. I've been feeling the same way for days but I knew I would get lambasted for posting it. I already get attacked every single time I show my face in the PC threads as it is, even when I'm trying to genuinely be helpful. I feel bad they are having problems but not too bad considering all the "definitive version" crap we had to listen to before the PC launch. walkingsickness Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 (edited) I had the PS4 version a week before release. Played roughly 80 hours of the unpatched vanilla version in that time. Encountered only like 5 bugs, one of which required a load. I think that's pretty f*cking insane in a game of this size. Now, this definitely is not a console vs. PC thing I'm going for. It's just a regular game polish / bug fix thing. Getting a game that works "out the box" is nowadays sadly a rare thing. Oh its still early in the thread...Give it to page 4 and knife fight will break out between console and PC gamers. Even people with a dual core 2 can run it on lowest setting with 30 fps. Now what more do you want in a low pc. Those who are crying actually need to check their pc's.
