It's like the game is reading only the first few entries of carcols.dat. It's quite annoying and I'm not the only one to have the problem, it seems. I have i5-4460 3.20 GHz 8Gb RAM GTX760 I can run almost all settings to highest with 60 fps and got same problem. Quite a pathetic assumption coming from you. I've seen some GTA 5 last-gen console gameplays, and a occasionally cars with other colours than blue/white/black did spawn there, but not in the PC version. I have full sliders and it looks crowded alright. JUST the amount of enough "none out of the ordinary" cars, in darker shades - black, dark greys, whites, greys, reds, blues, browns, with just enough rare custom colored / modded cars around.
