GTA Online - Self Radio? (PC)

So, one of the new additions with the PC edition of the game was "Self Radio". Basically, it allows you to play your own music. Now I was just wondering, is this only available in the single player or is it available on GTA

Online too?

i doubt others can hear it,you cant switch to self radio as a passenger because it will automaticly switch to lsrr

No, unfortunately others can not hear your imported songs. I thought I was being cool playing my station while driving my friend around, until he asked why he kept hearing commercials and talk. He did say he heard an old 80s song once I started asking him what he was hearing. So, I'm not even entirely sure what others hear, maybe just some random chatter, commericals, and songs.

Wow weird! Cool feature but I'm happy shoving a mem stick into my PS4, putting headphones on my GTAO guy and having continuous music plus game sfx. Nothin' like base-jumping off the Maze Bank building listening to Song2 by Blur lol
